Requirements

The H-Sphere management node can be installed on a single server, but multiple servers are recommended. H-Sphere can be installed on a Pentium III, 500MHz CPU with 512MB of RAM, but this will support only a few accounts. A 1000MHz CPU and 1GM of RAM is recommended.

In addition to the hardware, the following is required:

  • Environment — Full control of DNS, mail, web, and other hosting servers is required during installation and testing.
  • IP Address — H-Sphere can be installed only on public IPs.
  • Domain Registration — To provide domain registration services with OpenSRS, you will need a Full Access Account. Contact OpenSRS technical support and notify them that you are using H-Sphere to get requirements for the test waived.
  • Payment Gateways — To accept credit cards in real-time, you will need an account and gateway access through one of the supported payment gateways.
