Certification Levels

Just like academic course structures, Odin Cloud University programs are provided in tiered levels
of learning.

Certification Levels

Associate: Level 101 (foundation)

This level targets those who are working with Odin Service Automation in a non-technical role (e.g., in sales, marketing, project management, or finance). By successfully completing training and certification at this level, you will be recognized as having a strong foundation for proficiency in working with Odin Service Automation.

Professional: Level 201 (operational efficiency)

This level builds on your foundational knowledge and serves as the first technical introduction to your Odin Service Automation environment. It focuses on using, configuring, and maintaining the platform through real world scenarios.

Expert: Level 301 (exceptional technical ability)

This intensive level is intended to improve your technical skills, techniques, and strategies. Through completing this level, you will learn to plan, implement, and administer your Odin Service Automation environment, including advanced troubleshooting within the platform.
